We enjoy how close the hotel is to the Mall of Emirates, which is perfect for shopping and entertainment. There are also many facilities around, including a grocery store and restaurants, making it super convenient for a family with kids. The staff is friendly and attentive, always asking if we need anything.

The breakfast options could use more variety to cater to young kids' tastes.

The room reeked of cigarettes, and sound isolation was poor!!! A gap under the door let in street noise. The housekeeping service left much to be desired with unvacuumed carpets and inadequate toiletries!!! Room key cards worked inconsistently!!!

The staff, especially Reem and Danel, were incredibly friendly. checking in on us regularly. Rooms were clean, the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the nearby Mall of Emirates made excursions effortless.
