We had a fantastic stay at Intercontinental. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The service at meals was exceptional, with shift managers and even the hotel manager taking part. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the Friday night buffet was amazing. The location was also convenient, with most attractions being just a short distance away. We especially enjoyed the JBR beach, which was easily accessible on foot. The swimming pool was heated perfectly, and the view from our room on the 29th floor was breathtaking.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Dubai Marina with a beautiful balcony overlooking the marina. The attention to detail and level of service at Intercontinental was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even allowing us a late checkout despite our delayed return. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient transportation options, with a tram stop right outside the hotel. In all areas, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel after missing my flight. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, even guiding me through the Marina walk. The location is excellent with beautiful views of the Marina Canal. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. The room was comfortable and always clean. The hotel is located in a beautiful area by the canal in Dubai Marina, with easy access to transportation options. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service, and the rooms are stylishly designed and comfortable with huge beds and great views. The breakfast is also impressive, offering a range of options including eggs cooked to order.
