The JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service and luxurious amenities. The fully soundproofed rooms provided the ideal peaceful retreat, ensuring a comfortable and uninterrupted sleep. The elegant and modern room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and offered a delightful view, which added to the overall experience.

Despite the remarkable service, there was a slight inconvenience during my stay. The initial room I was assigned turned out to be smaller than expected.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott for one night to celebrate my husband's birthday. The executive suite was spacious and well-distributed with an extra toilet that made a difference. The breakfast at Kitchen 6 was top-notch, probably the best buffet I've had. The staff, especially at the executive lounge, were friendly and attentive. The hotel went above and beyond, surprising us with a towel arrangement, flowers, birthday cake, and a bathtub filled with warm water and flowers. The spa facility was also excellent, with one of the best massages in Dubai.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The New Year at this hotel was fantastic. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions and shopping centers. the advantage of having a pool with a great view was an added bonus, allowing for relaxation and enjoyment during the stay.

There were some negative aspects during the New Year stay. the check-in process was slow and could have been more efficient.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the Mall of Dubai and conveniently situated near everything this city has to offer.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, including Charlene, Endang, Mae, Bell Team Rodel, Frank. Alina and Jiwon from the front office were particularly helpful and friendly. Abishek gave us a detailed guide on what to see and do in the city and how to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for our two-night stopover. The hotel even offered transportation services, including a shuttle to the mall and proximity to the metro station.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxury and attention to detail. The staff were courteous and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, and the little extra touches in the room added to the overall experience. The breakfast buffet was a true feast for the senses, with a wide range of international cuisines to choose from. We couldn't have asked for more!

The customer service was on another level! Every staff member was professional, courteous, and provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, even helping me with specific requests like finding a taxi driver who spoke English and knew the address I needed to go to. the hotel facilities were amazing, and the food at the restaurants was delicious. I didn't even need to leave the hotel to find great options!

One thing that could be improved is the billing process. During check-in, an amount was reserved on my card, and upon check-out, I was charged the wrong amount.
