Man, the staff was mad chill, especially at the front desk. They made sure we was good, even when we had our lil issues. That two-bedroom apartment was fresh, but that AC gotta do better. Overall, decent vibes for a couple nights. The cleaning crew did their thing, keepin' it tidy.

The breakfast options were extensive, featuring items beyond our expectations. The staff, especially at breakfast, provided warm, attentive service, even accommodating requests after hours.

Accessing the metro can be tricky. it's about a 10-minute walk. While taxis are available, relying on them with small kids may lead to extra costs.

Loved the charming service from Marsha at check-in.

We loved the prime location, making it easy to visit attractions and enjoy local dining. The staff were incredibly welcoming, with special shout-outs to Sadat at the front desk and Daniel, Denise, and Griffin for their outstanding service.

However, the restaurant was crowded during breakfast, leading to some delays.

i stayed at moevenpick hotel & apartments bur for 3 nights and loved the rooftop pool. the staff was super professional and polite, making my experience enjoyable. the location was great for getting around with rideshare services, even if walking to nearby attractions was a bit much.

the club lounge could definitely offer more healthy options.

the kitchen equipment was atrocious, no one wants old pans! plus, i expected a complimentary upgrade, but noooo much to my dismay, i received nothing. on top of that, the breakfast was a joke, bread so hard even tongs were needed! it's grewt to feel overlooked like any other traveler. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a really nice time staying here! The staff was super friendly, especially that guy Edwin who always seemed to be there whenever we needed help, and I can't forget about my buddy Griffin who made sure everything was perfect for my family, we felt right at home.

It was a memorable time, making me feel at home, especially as I traveled solo from New York.

The Garden Lounge offers great deals for a relaxed evening, perfect for my family and me. We enjoyed catching live sporting events at the bar. my girls loved the atmosphere and excitement. The breakfast options were decent, with something for everyone, even picky eaters.

My wife says that the music at breakfast is too loud and distracting. A quieter dining area would really help families enjoy their meals.
