The 1-bedroom room was spotless and had a breathtaking view. The staff, especially Ahmad at the front office, was incredibly friendly and professional, providing prompt support. The housekeeping staff, particularly Minakshi, was exceptional and deserving of a big thank you. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. We felt safe, at home, and valued during our stay. The spacious rooms had everything we needed, all new, clean, and fresh. The efficient and friendly staff made us feel welcome and were always helpful. The restaurants had fabulous food, friendly staff, and amazing views. I was welcomed in the middle of the night by reception staff with the biggest smiles. The breakfast was amazing, the room was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. I cannot praise the staff enough for their friendliness and helpfulness. I would definitely stay here again.

The massages were amazing! The pool area had stunning views. The room service team was always available. The Italian restaurant and pool bar? Simply perfect. The hotel is conveniently located at the end of a creek.

Who needs upgrades or late checkouts anyways? And forget about cleanliness - a used toothpaste in the bathroom is a lovely surprise!

Plus, the hotel is situated in a beautiful area near the sea. It's a perfect place to stay close to the airport while still experiencing the local beauty. And the rooms are nicely appointed and come with a lot of amenities, like free Wifi, a billiard table, and a big swimming pool.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is great as there is a mall nearby and it was easy to get around in taxis. The staff were amazing, always ready to help with a smile and were very friendly to chat with. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, from tea and coffee facilities to a comfortable sitting area. I also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and felt really pampered with their range of beauty treatments. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone.

Recommended for families as there were plenty of activities to keep kids entertained.

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel. the location was convenient for my training center. the unexpected surprise of the "Meatless Monday" was delicious. the reception staff were friendly and the check-in experience was professional. the facilities at the hotel were great, including a fitness center, massage services, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi. There were also options for entertainment such as billiards and table tennis. the hotel offered a kid's corner and a relaxing spot near the canal where you could enjoy a shisha with your drink. the car parking was ample and the breakfast was nice.
