The Executive room at Novotel Bur Dubai is just fantastic. It's got everything you need - comfy beds, a nice big TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and a kettle for a quick cup of tea. It really felt like a home away from home.

I wish there was a bit more variety in the room amenities.

This hotel has it all! The rooms are spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities like a bathtub and stunning views of the city. The staff are incredibly kind and always there to help with anything you need. Plus, the breakfast is delicious with a lot of different options to choose from. Special mention to the amazing jacuzzi in some rooms, it exceeded my expectations!

The location could be better for those looking for a lot of nearby restaurant options.

The hotel is located conveniently near a large hospital, making it easy to access RTPCR tests. Staff members are helpful, courteous, and go out of their way to assist guests. Rooms are comfortable and come with modern amenities, including smart TVs and great Wi-Fi. The food is tasty and beautifully presented. The hotel is very clean and feels like a home away from home.

We enjoyed a fantastic location near many of the popular attractions in the area, as well as a secured parking area in the upper floors. Also, we loved being very close to the metro station, making transportation very convenient and easy.

The hotel falls short in terms of safety and security measures.

The hotel provided complementary breakfast and airport shuttle, which was a big plus. the location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and tourist attractions. the room was well-maintained and had a great view of the city.

The staff could have been more attentive to our needs, as they did not offer any assistance with our bags during check-out. there was no functioning weighing scale which was inconvenient for international travelers trying to manage their luggage.

I recently stayed at Novotel and had a great experience. The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious and I loved everything about my stay. It would be great if they could add a shuttle service to the airport as well. The location was convenient for accessing the nearby Mediclinic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. As part of the king stay deal, I was given a microwave which was a nice bonus. The prices were reasonable and I appreciated the generous supply of complimentary water. Grace at reception and the guys who helped with luggage were all very nice. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Thank you, Novotel team!

Totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is great, especially if you need to be near hospitals. The room service and housekeeping staff were always on top of their game. The facilities were all open and working, including the pool and spa centre, and there was plenty of outdoor furniture to sit and relax on. The staff here were all so kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved our recent stay at Novotel Bur Dubai. The newly built hotel provided excellent facilities and amenities that added to our overall comfort and enjoyment. The pool and gym were fantastic, allowing us to stay active and relax during our stay. The housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that our rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Ms. Amal at the reception, provided seamless check-in and check-out experiences. The courteous behavior of Mr. Mujib from India and the restaurant worker from Kerala, India, further enhanced our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were quick to respond to any issues, such as fixing a problem with the ceiling lights in my room. The restaurant staff were also amazing, always accommodating my requests during breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the most popular attractions in the city.

The hotel provides excellent service and has a great location near the Healthcare metro station. It is also close to Wafi Mall and the Oud Metha area with its restaurants and shops. The swimming pool is very good and there are comfortable, clean rooms with all necessary amenities.
