The staffs were genuinely helpful and friendly. Their dedication in this difficult time was heartwarming. They made sure that my son had a pleasant and memorable experience, considering his physical handicaps.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The TV program was great, allowing me to watch the World Cup final uninterrupted.
