my stay at best western was excellent! previous visits in indio left me wanting, but this time surpassed my expectations. the large pool area was inviting, and the breakfast options were diverse, especially the fresh waffles.

the shower curtain was too short, causing leakage.

We rocked up needing a room, and the staff sorted us out sharp-sharp, found us a lekker deal with a clean room! The brekkie was way better than we expected, like a mini buffet with hot food! Plus, the 24-hour pool was a jolt after a long drive.

Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster for us chommies who had some Netflix to catch up on.

Noise from nearby train tracks is a real buzzkill when trying to sleep!!! Some bathroom fixtures are clearly begging for repairs!!! The decor feels outdated, leaving it a tad lackluster!!! Why not upgrade the bathroom amenities for a more pleasant experience? !!!

Pool was nice and area felt park-like. The only hiccup? Could’ve used a few more towels for the crew. Otherwise, just lovely!

This place suits me perfectly! With amenities like 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and free parking, I have everything I need. The staff once helped me find my lost ring, which I truly appreciated. I recommend trying the breakfast! I'm definitely coming back for a weekend.
