I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to popular spots like Dubai Mall and Jumeirah. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

The service at this hotel was exceptional! The concierge, Issac, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the swimming pools on the top floor were a great way to relax. I've stayed here three times this year and I always recommend it to my friends and family. The concierge staff are amazing and excel at their job.

The room I stayed in could have been better. The table was peeling and the view from my room was not what I had requested.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Dubai for a mini honeymoon. The hotel had a beautiful entrance and the staff were extremely welcoming. Everything was taken care of, from efficient valet parking to clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast had a great variety and the seating was clean and crisp. We even received a sweet surprise in our room. it was a 10/10 experience.

From the moment we walked through the door, the staff at Sheraton made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Lilam, the breakfast attendant, went above and beyond to recommend delicious dishes and even convinced us to try their tasty bread. The bar crew on the 54th floor were amazing, keeping us entertained until midnight. The front door officials and transport facilitators were incredibly respectful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

A standout feature of our stay at the Grand Sheraton was the excellent breakfast on the 6th floor. The variety of dishes from Western, Chinese, and Indian cuisines catered to all tastes. The fresh juices, smoothies, and ice cream were a nice touch. Although the service was not perfect, the manager addressed our concerns and even sent a fruit basket to our room. The Club Lounge Manager, Ms Savitri Rahmadani Bejaoui, and her team provided top-notch hospitality and care. Also, Mr Avnish, the Chief Concierge, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The valet parking attendants were exceptional as well. The room itself was well laid out and comfortable. we had an excellent experience.

The room service missed our room on the second day, and milk was not replenished throughout our stay. The temperature in the room kept returning to 22 degrees despite being set at 27.

The Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai offers a convenient location near a pharmacy and supermarket. The staff, including Mandila from Russia, is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with big beds. Security is always attentive. The hotel provides complimentary valet parking for those traveling by car.

This hotel was perfect for our girls' trip to the city - centrally located with a short walk to the metro station. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the rooms were clean with lovely views of the Trade Centre Roundabout. The breakfast with drinks included every day was a great value and the omelettes were excellent.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great!

Fantastic Service, Hotel, and Location

I had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand in Dubai. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made me feel truly valued. The location was perfect, with easy access to the major tourist activities nearby. The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible, definitely the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the airport and just opposite the World Trade Center. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were top-notch.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Dubai. The staff was very helpful and made sure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and a supermarket next door. The breakfast had a good variety and there was outdoor seating available. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was fast.
