Check-in process was lengthy, water issues in rooms, lack of communication from staff, credit card charged before problem was addressed. Asked for reservation cancellation or change without success. Reception manager downplayed the problem. Inconvenience for business travelers. Room, hotel, and staff were exceptional. Spacious room with large bathroom. Incredible balcony with great city view. Convenient and secure location. Courteous and helpful staff.

The venue was absolutely luxurious and fulfilled all our exclusive amenities' needs. the Spa & wellness centre was an outstanding feature to indulge ourselves in. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and the Spa lounge to the fullest. the breath-taking Sun terrace and Garden area were just wow!

We faced only one minor issue, the Steakhouse was not open yet.

The room service was excellent and the staff were particularly nice. The ambience is amazing and the internet is great. As friends who like to go out at night, we really appreciated the immediate and respectful entrance to the hotel.

Felt totally at home, no complaints whatsoever.

It has two bars where guests can enjoy a variety of drinks and relax. there is an Indian restaurant on-site, serving delicious cuisine. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast each morning, starting their day off right.

There were some occasional issues with the availability of items on the menu.
