the location is superb, being right by the sea and close to Margate Harbour Arm, making it ideal for exploring the town. the staff, especially Marcus, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. the room was beautifully decorated with old-world charm, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was great to have plenty of amenities like tea, coffee, and water, and the shared bathroom was always clean and spacious. I loved the quiet terrace outside, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

One small improvement could be better lighting for makeup near the mirror in the room. It's a minor detail, but it would enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
