We had the best nights' sleep at Aachen Hotel. The bed was divinely comfortable with a choice of pillows, and the sheets were quality and freshly laundered. The morning staff were kind and accommodating, allowing us an extension to check out later. The location, although not exactly central, was perfect once we found our way around. The friendly staff, including the breakfast servers and the receptionist, made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was quite good with a fair amount of food options. The location was decent, quite close to the main shopping areas and main transport routes. the stay was relatively affordable for those looking for a budget stay.

The rest of the stay was a disappointment. The room appeared to have not been renovated since the 70s, with the furnishing and décor giving off an outdated and unwelcoming feel.
