The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful surroundings.

The dinner at the restaurant was a disappointment. the food quality was poor, more like a pub style than a hotel, and the prices didn't match the quality.

The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. the hotel was set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. the room overlooked the golf course and had a comfortable bed and bedding. the meals were excellent with a lovely menu to choose from. the spa treatments were amazing and the staff, especially Caroline, were excellent. the hotel also had a nice reception at the spa.

The room required some updating, with a broken window and bathroom mold. the golf experience was a bit disappointing, with limited food options and poorly stocked bar.

Excellent rooms with comfortable beds, Molton Brown toiletries, and high-quality tea and coffee. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Perfect trip overall.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the old Manor House added a touch of elegance to my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with blackout curtains and a large flat-screen TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. The staff were amazing, from the friendly reception staff to the attentive bar and restaurant staff. I particularly loved the outdoor seating area and the walking trails in the beautiful grounds. The hotel also had a leisure spa & wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, providing the perfect opportunity for relaxation.

Arrived for a Christmas break and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings and festive decorations. the spa facilities were excellent, especially the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. the food at breakfast and dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the free upgrade to a more spacious room was a nice touch. a lovely and relaxing Christmas getaway.

The cost of drinks was quite high, which made it difficult to enjoy a few drinks without breaking the bank. the room we were initially given was not up to our standards, with some cleanliness issues and outdated furnishings.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the character and cleanliness of the hotel. The modern rooms with exceptionally comfy beds were perfect for a restful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a charming hotel in stunning grounds. The location was perfect, with a local pub just a short walk away, where we had a delicious meal. We also had the opportunity to play golf at the nearby golf club. The service at the hotel was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.

There was a slight issue with the external extractor fan outside our room, causing some noise and unpleasant smells when we opened the window.
