The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. When we had an issue with our room, they immediately found us a suitable alternative. They were also very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely dining room and the food was delicious.

There were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the room we were initially given was on the second floor and was uncomfortably warm with no way to open the window.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre, making it easy to explore the area and access all the amenities. The proximity to the events I was participating in that weekend was a major advantage. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day.
