From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth. Our room was spacious, offering great amenities, like a complimentary mini bar stocked with delightful snacks. The location is unbeatable—steps from Charing Cross Station, making it so easy to explore London's attractions.

My stay was truly delightful, as the staff were more than welcoming and I could easily walk to Trafalgar Square and the London Eye within minutes, soaking in the city’s vibrancy. plus, I enjoyed the slightly heated bathroom floor, which added an unexpected comfort to my mornings.

the location is decent, but the room was ridiculously outdated—definitley a late 90s vibe and broken shower nobs? seriously? Plus, I expected an upgrade for my troubles, but no such luck. I almost had a good review, but the poor air conditioning was just too much to overlook. absoluteley not worth the price.

stayed for my husband's bday and we got upgraded to a junior suite! the room was huge with a free mini bar stocked with snacks, super comfy bed too. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond, even left us chocolates. location was perfect, right near all the sights and transportation. definetly a hidden gem in london!
