My recent stay at Anvershiel House was absolutely delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with pristine white bedding that made for a comfortable night's sleep. The hosts, Alan and Janice, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The breakfast options were plentiful, and I particularly enjoyed the perfectly cooked Ulster Fry. The location of the B&B was also convenient, with the town center just a short walk away. I highly recommend Anvershiel House for an exceptional stay.

I had a lovely stay at this recently refurbished B&B. Alan, the owner, gave me a warm welcome and provided plenty of helpful advice. the room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. I appreciated the little extras like a TV with Netflix, tea and coffee facilities, and water. the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. the location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk from the town center but away from the noise. the beautiful beach promenade made the walk to the harbor enjoyable.

This hotel has a great location, just a short stroll from the town centre and close to the beautiful beach. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with three single beds as requested. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with attention to detail and a variety of options.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the immaculate rooms, comfy beds, and good showers. The clever storage and blackout blinds were a plus. The tasteful decor and cleanliness of the entire house was impressive. The breakfast had a great selection and left us stuffed, with a good strong pot of tea. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the beach and with parking available. The room was also surprisingly quiet, despite being near the train line.

Anvershiel House offers a fantastic location, with the town center just a short walk away, allowing guests to easily access local restaurants and pubs. Additionally, the B&B is conveniently close to the beach, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy the seaside atmosphere. Previous guests have praised the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the attentive service and delicious breakfast. Facilities such as a guest kitchenette and free onsite parking add to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

Some guests have noted that rooms facing the main road can be noisy during the day when the windows are open.

This hotel is great, within walking distance of all the amenities, and 2 minutes from the lovely promenade walk. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable, and have all the amenities needed. The location is very convenient, with off-street car parking and easy walking distance to the town.

The service was a bit slow but breakfast was good. The B&B is close to the waterfront and to the harbour where most of pubs and restaurants can be found. Our room overlooked the main street, which I personally liked.The bedroom was pretty large and well equipped with wardrobes and chest of drawers but the mattress was really awful! It bent on both sides and we felt like slipping every night! The shower was lit inside, which I found great!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach at Portrush and a quick drive to Portstewart. The Harbour Bar & Urban are great dining options, and don't miss out on Harry's Shack on the beach at Portstewart. I highly recommend this lovely guest house.
