We stayed at Artist Residence for a couple of nights and had a great time! The location was ideal, with a beautiful sea view from our small but well-appointed room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the tapas in the restaurant were delicious. The hotel had a quirky and artistic vibe, which added to the overall experience. The attention to detail in the rooms, from the cute Caramel bars to the aromatic bath products, was impressive. We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

The hotel lacked hospitality and had a run-down appearance. The sofa in the sitting area was dirty and untidy, and the overall ambiance was lacking. We also experienced issues at check-in, as someone had taken our room key and we had to wait. However, the staff did offer us a complimentary drink. Unfortunately, our room was not clean, with old plasters and coins on the floor, and some of the complimentary food packets were already used. The shower had mold, and the sink had a brown plug. To top it off, the milk in the fridge was off, resulting in us accidentally pouring cottage cheese into our tea. we were upset and disappointed, especially since we had taken a trip with our daughters for a fun night away. We didn't complain at the hotel because we didn't want to ruin the little time we had.

The breakfast was not included in the room price, which was a disappointment considering the high cost of the rooms. The breakfast menu was a la carte and ended up being quite expensive, not what we were initially told at check-in.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the promenade. We couldn't have asked for a better value for money stay in such a fantastic location.
