The friendly staff ensure a pleasant stay, attending to guests' needs. the hotel offers a little kitchenette with essential facilities, allowing guests to enjoy a home-like experience.

Finding on-street parking can be a challenge.

Booked the junior apartment for 2 nights during the fringe festival. Perfect location in the West End, short walk to Princes Street. Clean, modern apartment. Felt safe walking home late at night. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/7 via reception buzzer. Comfortable lounge bar for night caps. Building has character and period features. Good value for city centre rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Located just a short distance from the bustling city center, this accommodation is perfect for anyone wanting to explore all that this beautiful city has to offer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a lovely shower room and mini kitchen for added convenience. The entire property is beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. the location is close to all amenities, making it easy to access everything you need during your visit.

One downside is that there is no lift available, which can be inconvenient for those staying on the top floor or with heavy luggage.

It was everything we wanted without being a hotel. So lovely not having to be tied to a particular time for breakfast and the location was fantastic. Plenty of bars and lovely food outlets nearby. Great value for money, incredibly clean and well equipped. Highly recommend Grosvenor Suites and would certainly stay here again. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for an extra night. Thank you!

We loved the clean and comfortable room in this beautiful building. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a SmartTV, rainforest shower, and kitchenette. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist facilities in this city.
