We had an incredible stay at this gem in the middle of the city. The courtyard, spa, balcony, and bath in the room were all fantastic. The management was very responsive and eager to make us happy, even upgrading us to a master suite for free. The hotel was beautiful, with a great location and friendly staff. The breakfast had plenty of options and the complimentary pisco sour happy hour was a nice touch. Despite a few minor issues, we were delighted with our choice and would definitely recommend this charming and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

This boutique hotel is in the best area of Cusco City, right in the center. The rooms are comfortable with huge bathrooms and separate tubs and rainforest showers. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, going out of their way to learn your name and where you're from. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel also offers a complimentary Pisco Sour lesson and has a spa with wonderful massages and a hydrotherapy pool.

The mattress in the room was a little harder than average, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.
