We had an incredible stay at this gem in the middle of the city. The courtyard, spa, balcony, and bath in the room were all fantastic. The management was very responsive and eager to make us happy, even upgrading us to a master suite for free. The hotel was beautiful, with a great location and friendly staff. The breakfast had plenty of options and the complimentary pisco sour happy hour was a nice touch. Despite a few minor issues, we were delighted with our choice and would definitely recommend this charming and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

This boutique hotel is in the best area of Cusco City, right in the center. The rooms are comfortable with huge bathrooms and separate tubs and rainforest showers. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, going out of their way to learn your name and where you're from. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel also offers a complimentary Pisco Sour lesson and has a spa with wonderful massages and a hydrotherapy pool.

The mattress in the room was a little harder than average, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.

The staff was incredible, making us feel welcomed and special. We enjoyed complimentary tea every day and the breakfast was spectacular, with a mix of local and international options. the location was perfect, close to shops, museums, and restaurants. We also appreciated the peaceful surroundings and beautiful setting.

We couldn't stay longer! It was hard to leave such a wonderful city break experience.

Stylish and luxurious, this venue provided the ultimate in relaxation. the services were top-notch, from the exceptional massages at the Spa & Wellness Centre, to the delicious meals at the Restaurant. the private facilities such as the in-room breakfast and outdoor dining area were exceptional and exclusive. the location was perfect for sightseeing, with everything easily accessible on foot.

The only minor setback was the small fitness area, which lacked a few key pieces of equipment. the venue made up for this by offering so many other luxurious amenities.

the property is beautiful with stunning rooms and attentive staff. the central location made it convenient for us to explore everything on foot. We were blown away by the superb breakfast and the stellar service we received throughout our stay. We had an amazing stay at Casa Cartagena. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even bringing an oxygen bottle to our room when I got altitude sickness. The breakfast was tasty and the dinner at the hotel was excellent. Our room was huge and comfortable, and the staff kindly kept our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. the personalized service and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.
