The hotel's location is convenient for accessing shopping malls and small markets, and the restaurant is amazing. Additionally, there is a small business area to the right of the entrance for guests needing to work. The room design is practical and comfortable, with a great use of space. The breakfast buffet is full of hot and cold options, and there is also a beverage station for delicious homemade drinks.

The towel quality was not up to par and had to be addressed promptly, which impacted the overall experience.

Our Prestige Suite at Sofitel had access to the Club Millesime and the breakfast was delightful. The staff members, Lou, Shane, Nor, Mascat and Ischmael were exceptional in providing a memorable service. The Italian restaurant was also outstanding. we recommend this hotel.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

I stayed at Sofitel for a few nights in early November. The Prestige Suite on the 21st floor provided a breathtaking view of the city and sea. The room was spacious, featuring 3 TVs and luxurious amenities like a rain shower and bathtub with a TV in front. Access to the Club Millesime Lounge on the 26th floor was a great perk. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the Corniche and WTC. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the dinner buffet had a wide variety of tasty options.

Arriving at this hotel was a luxury experience. the warm welcome from the staff was outstanding, and the room was beautiful. the Spa & wellness center was a dream, and the Steam room was so relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to relax with the sun loungers and beach umbrellas. I had a great in-room breakfast with the special diet menus. Cons: the Sauna needed maintenance, as it was a bit outdated.

I was blown away by the hospitality and warm approach of the staff at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk, bell boy, and staff on the 35th floor made me feel welcome. They even surprised me with a room upgrade to a luxury room with a sea view. The Club Millésime experience was amazing, and I was treated like a VIP. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options available. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill any request I had, and I was even allowed a late check-out until 4pm, which was a first for me in any hotel I've stayed in.

Great stay in a prime location close to the city centre and the beach. the breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, offering a wide variety of options. the Italian restaurant served delicious food. the bed was very comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi connection could have been better and the room had a slightly old-fashioned decor.

The service at Sofitel was absolutely amazing. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were helpful, courteous, and made me feel like a valued guest.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as the room size being a bit small and the lack of certain amenities, overall I still highly recommend Sofitel. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast, and stunning view make it a great choice for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

They made sure we got it back quickly, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. But what really stood out was the stunning hotel interior. It was truly mesmerizing and created a wonderful atmosphere. The reservation and reception staff were also amazing, making us feel welcome and excited about our stay. The pool employees were also great. it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to visit again soon.
