We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff on reception were lovely and the gentleman in the restaurant went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The room was ample big enough for the two of us, with robes provided for the spa. The facilities in the spa, including the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and treatments. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, and it was great that the spa was quiet and clean when we visited. The location in the Malvern hills was beautiful, and there was a cosy sports bar on-site to relax in.

One specific situation that stood out to us was the comfortable accommodation. However, as an older guest with arthritis, I would have appreciated a handrail in the bathroom to ensure a safe entry and exit from the shower.

The hotel's dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals and beverages, with special dietary options available. The picnic area with tables added a charming touch to our experience. the service, amenities, and ambiance at this venue were outstanding!

My room was modern, clean, and had easily adjustable heating to keep me warm throughout the night. The provided toiletries were of excellent quality and replenished daily. The highlight of my stay was the spa, which offered a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and a lovely pool. I also treated myself to a massage by Becky, which was exceptional. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold options, and the pastries were simply delicious. The hotel's location and ample parking made it a convenient choice for exploring the area.

Despite a minor inconvenience with the room temperature, the prompt response from the reception team and their ability to resolve the issue quickly was commendable.

While the hotel offers a peaceful environment, there is no mention of a jacuzzi in the pool area.
