I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff warmly welcomed me upon arrival and the location was beautiful, surrounded by stunning scenery. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great choice of menu options. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my food was served quickly and with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel and I'll definitely be visiting again.

The atmosphere was so welcoming, with a playground for the kids and family-friendly entertainment every evening. the rooms were spacious enough for all of us, and the hearty meals at the restaurant were a hit with everyone.

My wife says that the family rooms could benefit from having more child-friendly amenities, like a children's menu at the restaurant.

The stunning surroundings with trees, flowers, and animals, combined with delicious food, made my stay memorable. the loud music in the morning and lack of hot water were disappointing aspects that could be improved.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of hot water and confusion about the bathroom setup, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Basil Sheils B&B for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

There were communication and service issues, with inconsistent staff presence, delayed room readiness, and limited dining options. Noise disturbances from nearby rooms and outside could disrupt tranquility, affecting the quality of sleep.
