Exceptionally clean room. Superb view. Generous complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Lovely and comfortable. Friendly, helpful owners. Right by the sea. Variety of restaurants, cafés, and pubs nearby. Picturesque town. Coastal walk to Rostrevor. Bus stop outside. Fun double decker ride. Fabulous location. Stunning loch/seaviews. Courteous staff. Immaculately clean. Onsite Indian restaurant. Reasonable price. Basic guest house. Two helpful guys running it. Clean room with good toilet/shower. Great location near Whistledown Hotel. Good daily rate.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest lodge with its stunning loch and sea views. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, and pubs. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a generous supply of complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the guest lodge provided a convenient bus stop right outside, allowing us to easily explore the picturesque coastal area.

Although the guest lodge didn't have a bar or breakfast facility on site, there were plenty of dining options nearby.

I recently stayed at the Bay Guest Lodge for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a good selection of TV channels. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the guest house had a picturesque view of Northern Ireland and Ireland. The bus stop right outside made exploring the coastal area convenient.

I do recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a lovely guest lodge right on the seafront, with amazing views of the sea and mountains. Our suite with a water view was fantastic, with a comfy bed and a great view of both Northern Ireland and Ireland. the location was perfect, right across from the beach and near some amazing restaurants. the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a smooth check-in and the guy at the front desk even showed us how to use the heating in our room. it was a great stay.

The location was perfect, right on the water with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby. The bus stop right outside made it easy to explore the picturesque town and take a fun double-decker bus ride along the coast.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
