I recently stayed at Kent Getaways for a short weekend getaway. The safety deposit was also returned promptly. I loved the honesty bar and the wide selection of drinks available. The lodge itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The quiet and tree-filled surroundings felt safe, and having a garden was a bonus. a fantastic stay with great facilities and top-notch hospitality.

Something was off with our lodging.

We had a wonderful stay in a caravan located in a very quite area, conveniently close to a fish n chip shop. The location was in a beautiful part of the country, allowing us to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The caravan itself was spacious, clean, and well equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner, Phil, was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. We also enjoyed the free WiFi, Netflix, and the selection of DVDs available.

Some of the activities in the park were not available or open due to lack of staff. This impacted our experience as we were looking forward to enjoying all the facilities offered.

Had the best time at Kent Getaways! The beautiful caravan was clean, cosy, and very nicely set up. The attention to detail made it feel extra special. The staff were great, very helpful and accommodating. The communication was perfect, even though I had a lot of questions. it's a great place to relax and enjoy yourself, with everything you need for entertainment. Highly recommend!

Our stay was not as peaceful as we had hoped. There were ongoing construction activities nearby, with builders and their vans causing disturbance and creating a noisy environment.
