This hotel is a gem in every way. the value for money is exceptional - with very reasonable prices for such a well-maintained establishment. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, especially in the beautiful interiors that showcase the late 19th-century charm. And let's not forget the staff who were always friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms themselves were a delight, with very comfortable super kingsize beds to ensure a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight, with tasty fresh fruit included and so many options to choose from. Truly a wonderful experience.

I recently went on a birthday getaway to a lovely guest house with a good mixture of scenery and things to do. The spacious room had a comfortable king bed and beautiful furniture. The modern ensuite bathroom with a lovely shower was a nice touch. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the complimentary full Scottish breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed exploring the walking trails in the area. However, the occasional rumbling of lorries passing by disrupted my sleep.
