From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and appreciated by the staff at Bertram's. the warm and friendly service really made a difference in my experience. the location of the B&B was perfect for exploring the beautiful Northumbria region. the room I stayed in was lovely, tastefully decorated, and had a bright and airy atmosphere. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the delicious food served at the on-site cafe, both for breakfast and for a Sunday evening meal. the quality of the food was top-notch, and the service from the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bertram's Bed & Breakfast for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location for exploring Northumbria.

We had a fantastic stay at Bertram's! The rooms were beautifully decorated and we were thrilled that they welcomed our dog. The food in the cafe downstairs was delicious and reasonably priced. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. The staff even offered to post back the hair dryer I left behind - talk about perfect service! we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Bertram's, a fab little boutique hotel, for a quick getaway. The bedroom was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, complete with a well-lit mirror and fluffy towels. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even going out to buy a specific type of breakfast cereal. The attention to detail, from the fresh milk in the fridge to the ironing board in the room, was truly impressive. Plus, the Netflix set up on the TV was a great bonus for a cozy evening in.

Everything is what I need and want.

As older guests, we really appreciated the modern, clean, and newly decorated rooms at Bertram's. The thoughtful addition of a fan in the room was great considering the hot weather during our stay. The availability of fresh milk and bottled water in the mini fridge was a welcome touch. The overall freshness and brightness of the room, while still retaining character, made our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend Bertram's to anyone visiting the area.
