We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and easy access to the nearby Beamish museum. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was taken care of. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern and clean amenities. The restaurant offered a fantastic selection of delicious food, and the bar had a great atmosphere. We couldn't fault the service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to the Beamish Museum. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept, with all the amenities we needed. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly bar staff to the attentive restaurant team. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Stables Restaurant, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. The hotel also offers a range of facilities, including a spa center, a sun terrace, and a picnic area. We couldn't fault the service provided by the helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay.

Gorgeous ancient palace with modern facilities, set in beautiful landscape with mowed lawns, forestry, and a stream. Lovely and quiet with 24hr reception.

The location of the hotel is impressive, being next to the famous Beamish Museum. The lady in charge of coordinating everything is efficient and friendly. The hotel's garden area is beautiful and adds to the overall charm. The rooms are spacious with massive bathrooms, including a double jacuzzi and large shower. The service provided by the staff is excellent and the breakfast served in the room is of high quality. The Stables bar offers a relaxed atmosphere and the Sunday roast is incredible.

The hotel had issues with faulty fire alarms, causing several disturbances during the night.

As families with children, we loved the sprawling grounds and beautiful surroundings of Beamish Hall. The breakfast options were fresh and made to order, with a delicious continental option available. The location, although 6 miles from Gateshead, provided a peaceful countryside setting. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. The on-site bar and courtyard area were wonderful, offering a great selection of food and their own brewed beer. We also enjoyed a lovely evening meal at The Stables restaurant.

Delicious afternoon tea with amazing food, light and tasty scones, beautifully decorated cakes, and a delicious trifle. Excellent service, even during a busy period. Highly recommended for those looking for something extra special.

The bedroom was hot and noisy, with thin walls that allowed for noise from neighboring rooms. Furniture in the room was worn and shabby.

We went on a romantic escape to see the countryside. the location was beautiful: quiet and peaceful. the car parking facilities were easy and convenient, and we appreciated having bottles of water in our room. the shower was great, and we felt refreshed every time.

Our experience wasn't great overall. the continental choices were limited.

The location of Beamish Hall is ideal, with stunning grounds and beautiful architecture. The hotel has a wonderful feel to it, very homely and welcoming. The Stables restaurant is comfortable and the food quality is generally good. The breakfast in the Eden room was tasty and served with friendly and efficient staff. The reception staff at check-in were quick and friendly. Our classic room was clean, pleasant, and had a modern bathroom with a powerful shower. The hotel also provided the option for an early check-in for a small fee.

Beautiful surroundings, grandiose building, lovely park or stately home, full day at Beamish museum, comfortable bed.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
