my stay at the signature collection was excellent! my accessible room was just perfect, and the location was great. i loved the comfy bed and that i could park right at my patio door. the staff were fantastic, especially the dinner service, and the food was incredible! perfect for some relaxing downtime while working on my laptop.

Had a braw stay overall! Room was pure spacious and clean, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had—proper hot and well-cooked. Sadly, navigating to the restaurant was a wee trek for me and my mobility. But will be back for sure!

The parking situation is a hassle with the distance from the lot to the entrance!!! Some rooms are too warm even with fans, and I encountered noise issues during events that disrupted my sleep!!! More accessible entrances would be a real improvement!!!

the staff was incredibly welcoming, always going out of their way to help. our family room was spacious and immaculate, with excellent bedding. service in the restaurant was top-notch, and the view from the dining area was stunning. this hotel is a perfect choice for exploring local attractions.

Had a braw stay, mate! Room was spot on, clean and comfy, and the staff were right friendly. Best bit? The garden area was perfect for chillin' with a drink, watchin' the world go by. Only downside? A bit of a trek to the restaurant when you’re hungry!

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating even provided plates for our takeout meal the buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and was well done and the location was in a lovely leafy area near the gardens so relaxing.

Some areas could use a bit of a refresh as they seemed a bit tired and occasionally the wait times for service, particularly in the bar area, were longer than expected.

The room was spacious with conveniently placed plugs, making it easy to charge devices. The restaurant had a fantastic view of the river, and the fried fish was a standout dish. Unfortunately, noise from wedding parties disrupted sleep with creaky floorboards and loud conversations. Although I enjoyed the varied breakfast, the hallway disturbances made it challenging to fully relax during my stay.

It was just a decent option for a temporary stay in Dundee with fantastic value. The room was quite warm, but a fan was provided on the desk, which helped a lot. Make sure to try the restaurant. the food was really good.
