To be honest, we didn't encounter any negative aspects during our stay. We were charged a slightly higher price for one meal, but when we brought it up, the issue was promptly resolved and we received an apology.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the sea. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and bars. The staff, especially Mayur, the Asian guy at the front desk, were cheerful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinner even better. the staff were incredibly professional and polite, handling the busy New Year's Eve environment superbly. Waking up to a sea view and being just a 10-minute walk from the White Cliffs was wonderful. I would definitely visit again and bring friends.
