The room itself was pleasant, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a clean, well-presented bathroom. The staff offered excellent service, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast provided a wide range of options, and the piping hot dishes were a pleasant surprise.

The limited menu options and discouraging attitude of the reception staff did dampen the overall experience.

This place is located in a quiet area which is perfect for couples or anyone who wants to get away from the loud noise of everyday life. The gardens are really nice and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff here really do go out of their way to provide excellent service, especially the Receptionists.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Pinewood Manchester Airport-Wilmslow Hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was lovely, well-presented, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed and strong water pressure in the shower enhanced my stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. With a convenient location and a car park, this hotel is perfect for exploring the area.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The rooms were lovely and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a tie-in with a local gym, allowing me to stay active during my business trip.

That the room was quite hot, even with the radiator turned off. Opening the window helped to cool it down, but it would have been nice to have individual air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very close to Manchester airport, making it convenient for our group of friends to catch our early morning flights. there is a local "Total Fitness" center nearby, which was great for those of us who wanted to squeeze in a workout during our stay.

The noise level in certain areas of the hotel, particularly near the lift and stairs. This made it less than ideal for those who wanted a quieter and more peaceful environment.

Had an unexpected stay and we were surprised by the value for money. The room was very clean with modern bathroom facilities. We appreciated the heater in the bedroom and replenished amenities, which made our stay more comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to trains and shops.

We didn't use the bar or restaurant due to the menu being quite pretentious with an unnecessary use of complicated culinary terms. However, we found a nearby restaurant with better options.

We recently had a family trip and stayed at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access from the train station and in a quiet area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with tea and coffee facilities and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with high-quality food. we had a great stay and enjoyed the convenient location and comfortable amenities.

One minor issue was that there was no safe in the room, but it wasn't a big concern for us.

We stayed at the hotel because of its convenient location near the airport. The taxi service recommended by the hotel was punctual and affordable. The DJ they provided kept the dance floor packed all night long. The afternoon tea and evening buffet were delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Despite a minor inconvenience with the bridal suite not being available until 2pm, the hotel offered a special rate and the bar snacks and staff made our pre-wedding night enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was fresh and hot with plenty of choices. we had an amazing day and will cherish the memories forever.

The Tassimo coffee machines in the Executive rooms were not working and there were no descaling pads available. On the check-in day, the hotel had a flood causing the kitchen/restaurant to be out of action, but this was resolved by the next morning without prior notification.
