The Bird In Hand exceeded our expectations during our recent visit. The location was perfect, with extended areas to explore and a very pleasant pub atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with attention to detail in terms of cleanliness. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was of good quality. Additionally, the restaurant had a great menu with beautifully presented dishes.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were superb, always helpful and welcoming us with a smile. From the moment we entered, we were shown to our lovely room, which was not only comfortable but also had some delightful touches like a radio softly playing in the background. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing. We appreciated the little extras such as sparkling water and biscuits in the room. The meals at the restaurant were second to none, cooked to perfection and the service was prompt. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere with nicely done decor. The location was perfect for our needs and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for a few nights and I must say, I had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect for traveling, with easy access to nearby travel links. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from room service to housekeeping. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden area where I could relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service provided at this hotel.

We stayed here for the weekend and had a lovely stay. the rooms were comfortable and the food was great, with a good selection of wines. We particularly enjoyed the local bacon and sausage at breakfast. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. the location was also convenient for our plans in the area.

That the fridge in our room was quite noisy, so we had to turn it off at night. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall positive experience.

As a business traveler, I loved the spacious and beautifully decorated bedroom, the comfortable king-sized bed, and the good tea and coffee facilities. The clean and warm bathroom with fluffy towels and toiletries was a bonus. Having a desk and access to WiFi was convenient for work. The breakfast options, especially the fresh berries with yogurt and muesli, were delicious.

By far the best place in the area to stay, The Bird In Hand offers a convenient location just outside Reading and Sonning on the A4. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, allowing for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers a private courtyard, adding to the rural look of the establishment.

The limited menu at the adjoining restaurant may not cater to all tastes.

stayed here in maidenhead before and bird in hand really impressed me this time. staff were friendly, decor was lovely, beds were comfy, breakfast was great. close to m4 which was convenient for our travels!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming countryside inn. The rustic atmosphere gave us a peaceful escape from the city. The food at dinner and breakfast was absolutely fantastic - flavorful and well-prepared. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, clean, and had nice extra touches. We also appreciated the ample parking available. we highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.
