I had a wonderful stay at Birchhouse! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They even helped me find the best car park nearby and walked back with me. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, just a short walk away from the Winter Gardens. The only small issue was that I couldn't bring pizza into the bar area, but I understand they have their reasons. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Birchhouse to others.

For a reasonable price, we stayed in a hotel located in a convenient area within walking distance of the city center. The owners were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. The breakfast was tasty and well-presented. it was a good value for money stay.
