Birchhouse was great value for money, with clean, spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, central to everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast option could be improved with slightly larger portions.

The room was well decorated and clean. The hotel was close to shops and the town center, making it convenient for exploring.

The bathroom had a strange odor, possibly coming from the drains. The room was a bit chilly, and the radiator didn't seem to work, so we couldn't have a warm shower before leaving.

For a reasonable price, we stayed in a hotel located in a convenient area within walking distance of the city center. The owners were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. The breakfast was tasty and well-presented. it was a good value for money stay.

The shower water temperature was difficult to regulate, resulting in occasional discomfort.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Birchhouse! The hospitality from Heidi and Kev was top-notch, and they made us feel right at home. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely double bed and single bed. The breakfast selection was great, with delicious cereals, toast, and a full English. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Sealife and the seafront. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of all the facilities, beach, and seafront. It's a brilliant location, right next to the tower. The room was of a high standard, with a large comfortable bed, and exceptional cleanliness. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, providing great service. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with attentive staff offering more tea and toast.

The shower cubicle was quite small and compact, which may be a slight inconvenience for some guests.
