We had a fantastic stay at the lovely and modern Resort Hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with the beds made every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to upgrade to a family room with a stunning sea view for a small fee. The reception and bar area were brand new and inviting, with a great selection of hot and cold drinks. Special mention goes to Taryn, a staff member who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She took care of my son when he fell, cleaning his wound and providing a plaster. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Blackpool.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, with local shops and eateries right on the doorstep. it is just a stone's throw away from the seafront, providing a wonderful view of the promenade. The rooms are clean and newly furnished, offering a comfortable stay. Plus, the staff is welcoming and provides all necessary information upon arrival.

The bathroom in the double room is quite small, making it a bit uncomfortable to use the toilet or have a shower.

Room cleanliness could have been better, as bedsheets and floors/bathroom were not cleaned daily. Noise from the bar and water pouring down from a drain outside the window disrupted sleep.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and even entertained my goddaughter with her favorite song, Baby Shark. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained, with the beds made and the rooms cleaned every day.

The rooms were on the smaller side, and the bathroom was too small to comfortably use. We also found the rooms to be quite hot at night, and though we asked for a fan, we never received a response from the hotel.

No elevator, so it can be difficult to bring heavy bags up to the second floor. The bed mattresses were foam and a bit too soft for my liking.

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained with modern facilities, including a lovely bathroom with a warm shower. The hotel's cleanliness was spotless, and the staff's friendliness added to the welcoming atmosphere. I couldn't recommend this place more and would definitely stay here again.
