The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond for my birthday, even decorating my room with balloons and gifts. The location was great with plenty of activities nearby. Plus, the room itself was clean and comfortable.

The room housekeeping was not up to par, with empty body wash and coffee supplies, and a dirty cleaning cloth left on the snack food. The night light was too sensitive and kept turning on, disrupting my sleep.

Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that met all our needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from the beautiful Spa & wellness centre to the infinity pool and sun terrace. The restaurant served delicious Special diet menus, with in-room breakfast available upon request. The private facilities were exceptional, and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the nightclub that could be heard slightly from our room. However, it did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in a nice residential area right in the heart of Mexico City. It is close to everything, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The staff is polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

There were some issues with the housekeeping staff, as there were a few small misses in terms of restocking supplies and cleaning the room.
