The hospitality from Nigel was excellent, he could not do enough for us. The room and bathroom were tastefully furnished, clean, and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities like tea, coffee, fridge, wifi, Netflix. The location was ideal, with quick access to major roads. Free secure parking on site. Beautiful home and very welcoming. Highly recommend and will visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at Borrowfield Lodge! Nigel, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. He even surprised us with a special arrangement that made our stay unforgettable. The room was perfect, with all the amenities we needed, and the breakfast spread was amazing. The location was great, with plenty of options for dining and exploring nearby. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. a truly wonderful experience!

our stay at borrowfield lodge in derby was even better than our previous visit. the room was beautifully decorated, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail was impeccable. nigel, the owner, was friendly and helpful, making our romantic trip even more special.

We enjoyed the level of security and safety at the hotel. It made us feel at ease during our romantic escape. the spacious and relaxed accommodation was a pleasant surprise, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Nigel's personal touch to his hospitality was impressive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The slightly uncomfortable mattress, but that's just a personal preference. Another minor concern was the bathroom being exclusive but not en suite, which made us worry about potentially running into someone in a towel on the shared hallway.

I had an amazing stay at this lodge in Derby. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and it felt like it had just been built. The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a walk-in shower. I especially loved the stunning views on the bus ride to the city center, which was just a 40-50 minute journey. The secure car park gave me peace of mind, and the owner's constant support and assistance made my stay even better. Great value for money!
