Located on the picturesque seafront, this hotel offers a prime location just a stone's throw away from the town center. The hotel's proximity to both the electric railway station and the beautiful coastline makes it a great choice for adventure travelers.

The limited entertainment options at the hotel during our stay were a bit disappointing.

Just arrived off the ferry and the staff at Hydro were friendly and helpful. the room had fantastic views of the sea and for the price we paid, it was excellent value. the breakfast was delicious with hot food and good quality bacon and poached eggs. We had to leave early in the morning for the airport and the night manager was very accommodating. the hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right across the road and within walking distance to the Manx Electric Railway.

The atmosphere during the xmas festivities was pleasant. the decorations were well placed, and the staff had made an effort to create a festive vibe. the hotel was placed in a central area close to the main square and bus stop, making it convenient to explore. the xmas dinner was the best aspect of the stay, delicious and filling.

The rooms felt old, and it was evident in the slightly damp smell that greeted us upon our arrival. the bathroom had an unpleasant odour, and the towels were not freshly laundered.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located on the promenade, which was absolutely packed with activities. The hotel had two bars, offering a wide selection of drinks. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room.

I had a lovely, warm welcome at the reception of this pet-friendly hotel. The staff members were friendly and made me and my dog feel welcomed throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for my dog's bed. The location, overlooking the sea, was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was substantial and delicious, even though it started a bit later than I preferred. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and pet-friendly stay.

the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room was scrupulously clean and nicely appointed with a stunning view of the promenade and sea. the hotel is located right by a family-friendly sandy beach, with rock pools and convenient bus connections to explore the island. We enjoyed our time exploring old castles, riding Victorian trams and trains, and admiring the beautiful sea views. the Isle of Man truly feels like a hidden gem in the middle of the Irish Sea. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a family holiday.

The room was quite small and could use some upgrading. the breakfast was average, with lukewarm food and cardboard-like bacon.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of town, making it easy to explore the area. The bus stops right outside the hotel, providing quick and easy access to other parts of town.

The lift broke during our stay and took 24 hours to be fixed, causing inconvenience for guests.
