I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, including my spotless and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right on the river and within walking distance of all the sights in the city center. I loved waking up to a selection of delicious breakfast options, including fresh fruit and porridge. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the view of the river with its beautiful swans was a treat.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the river and above a restaurant, providing beautiful views. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, including a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and provided welcoming touches in the bedroom. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options and served with black pudding. I particularly enjoyed sipping tea from a proper china cup and the delicious coffee.

My recent stay at Boutique By Browns was a comfortable and perfect experience. The room was beautifully decorated with a modern touch that blended well with the historic building. The shower had great pressure and the room was nice and warm. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding and soft bath robes provided. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful view of the river Severn and watching the swans. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Had a great Xmas stay with friendly staff who offered efficient service. Enjoyed a lovely room with a fantastic view of the river and easy access to the town centre and local attractions. the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, providing the perfect start to the day.

The lift was out of order, making it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. , the car park next to the hotel was expensive at £20 for 2 days, which added an unwelcome cost to the stay.

second stay here, still great! location is perfect, rooms are spotless with comfortable beds. breakfast was delicious and evening meal was very enjoyable. looking forward to returning!

The hotel was in a great location, right in the centre of town near everything. We had a lovely room with beautiful decor and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and had a deep bath and separate shower cabinet. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the view of the river from our room.

The hotel could improve by providing clearer signage to the car park.
