First time staying at this hotel and we weren't disappointed. Immaculate, fabulous room with comfortable beds and a lovely hot shower. Darren and Alison, the perfect hosts, were so welcoming and accommodating. They even had building blocks to keep our 2-year-old granddaughter entertained. Breakfast was fantastic, with a full English, tea, coffee, orange juice. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel. We will definitely be going back.

We stayed at a hotel in Blackpool that was conveniently located near all the major attractions. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped ensuite bathroom. The host was friendly and accommodating, providing us with a delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel was also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and the vibrant nightlife. it was a great experience with everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

The noise from the street outside could be a bit bothersome at night, but closing the windows helped reduce the disturbance.

I would highly recommend this hotel for families with kids. The location is great, just a short walk to the shopping centre and near pubs, but still away from the noise of the nightlife. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and served on hot plates. Plus, there is a tram stop nearby for easy access to the shore and other attractions.

The shower heads in the rooms are fixed in place, which can be a bit inconvenient for families with kids.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to all the attractions. The room was surprisingly spacious and immaculately clean. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, even delivering a delicious toasty to our room. Although parking was not available, there was a convenient and affordable car park nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The value for money at Brene was amazing, with a lovely clean room and fantastic breakfasts every morning. The location was ideal, within walking distance to shops, theaters, and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Excellent English breakfast with vegetarian option. Helpful advice from hosts. Nearby fish and chips shops and Sainsbury's. Chocolates treats for Easter.

The location was perfect, right next to the train station and close to the center of town. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. The breakfast provided was one of the best I have had, with a great selection of delicious food. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a delicious full English and good coffee. The shower was refreshing with hot water and good pressure. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the town center and attractions like Funny Girls.
