Easy to get to, beautiful countryside location, 5-10 minute walk from train station with direct train to Leeds centre. Friendly and welcoming host. Beautiful room with homey touches and tea/coffee provided. Great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner, Carol. The room was clean and delightful, with a very comfortable bed. Despite the cold weather outside, the room was warm and cozy. The breakfast was superb, with a great menu selection. We also enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable lounge area downstairs. The location was convenient, close enough to Leeds when traffic was light. Plus, there was plenty of parking space available. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location, breakfast.

I was really happy with the value for money at this hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I loved the little touches like Yorkshire Tea and a comfortable bed. The location was also great, with an outside area to enjoy when the weather is nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing I would suggest to improve the breakfast offerings is to have a flexible hose for the shower. The fixed overhead shower made it a bit difficult to avoid getting my hair wet.

The flexibility of the hotel was fantastic, accommodating my late arrival and early departure due to work commitments. the room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to everyone's tastes. there was ample parking space available.

The ensuite bathroom was on the smaller side, which may be a bit cramped for some guests. the WiFi was only available in the main building and not in the annex, which was a minor inconvenience.
