I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfectly situated close to downtown but extremely quiet on the square under the green park just across the road. The staff were so friendly and willing to accommodate our request. The service housekeeping was excellent, ensuring our room was clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and complimentary toiletries. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were also great additions. We especially enjoyed the dining experience with the delicious continental breakfast. the hospitality we encountered here was the best we have experienced in the UK.

That due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel was unable to serve breakfast in the communal area. However, they made up for it by providing a breakfast pack for guests to take with them, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Speaking of the room, it was spacious, well-presented, and boasted breathtaking views of the iconic West Pier remains and the i360 tower. The en-suite bathroom was clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with its plentiful healthy options that made for a refreshing change. The complimentary guest WiFi was a great bonus, and we appreciated the convenience it added to our stay. this hotel provided fantastic value for money, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in this vibrant city.

The only minor downside was the lack of plug points in the bedroom, which posed a slight inconvenience when we needed to charge our devices and use a fan simultaneously. However, considering all the other wonderful aspects of our stay, this was a negligible issue.

Spent Xmas holidays at a cozy hotel and had a lovely time. Complimentary sherry and mince pies were served in the lounge, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and restaurants. the room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.

There was no lift, which made it difficult for my elderly mother to climb the stairs. the breakfast selection was limited and didn't offer many options for those with dietary restrictions.

I had a wonderful stay at a B&B in Regency Square. The breakfast room was bright and airy with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location was unbeatable, just minutes away from the beach and a short walk to the nightclubs and bars. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would love to stay there again. I highly recommend this place.
