I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfectly situated close to downtown but extremely quiet on the square under the green park just across the road. The staff were so friendly and willing to accommodate our request. The service housekeeping was excellent, ensuring our room was clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and complimentary toiletries. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were also great additions. We especially enjoyed the dining experience with the delicious continental breakfast. the hospitality we encountered here was the best we have experienced in the UK.

We loved the comfortable and clean rooms with a great view from the balcony. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to the shopping hub and just a short walk from the seafront and North Laine. The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade yogurt. a great experience for our family.

That due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel was unable to serve breakfast in the communal area. However, they made up for it by providing a breakfast pack for guests to take with them, which was a thoughtful gesture.
