I recently stayed at a hotel in this city and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The hotel facilities, including the pool and Jacuzzi, were excellent. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, especially for visiting the city center. Onsite parking was a great bonus, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast provided was also of top-notch quality, ensuring a great start to the day.

The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is next to the cathedral and just a short walk away from Blackbeard's favourite pubs. It is nestled in a quiet area, but still close to restaurants on the harbour. The rooms are clean and decorated to a high standard, with comfortable beds. The staff are attentive and polite, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. The breakfast offers plenty of choice and the on-site Miller and Carter restaurant serves delicious food. The hotel also has a large car park, although it can be a little tricky to spot/access.

The spa and gym facilities could be improved, as they are old and run-down. The changing rooms are small, smelly, and dirty, which is disappointing for a hotel that advertises spa facilities.

The hotel's cleanliness and fantastic location made our stay memorable. It was so close to everything we had planned to do in this city, including the stunning Bristol Cathedral and the Hippodrome, which was just a couple of minutes walk away. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful.

The rooms are well-maintained, with big bathrooms and comfy beds. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.

We loved the central location and comfortable room at a reasonable price. The deep bath was great. Would definitely stay here again. Marriott is a great option for a stay in Bristol.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location of this place is perfect, right in the bustling College Green area with plenty going on around it. We loved being by the Bristol Harbour area, and the hotel is directly under the arch which is to the left of the main entrance. The service here was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The staff sent up some complimentary champagne after we got engaged that night, which was so thoughtful and really made our night even more special.

The staff could be more professional in their manner, but they made up for that with their friendliness and unfailing good nature. The reception desk staff were always there to assist us with any questions or needs we had.

Everything is what I need and want.

I had a fabulous stay at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's decor was sumptuous and not overly extravagant. I also appreciated the quiet and efficient air conditioning system. The pool and jacuzzi were a great touch, although the pool area could have been a little warmer. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for our special trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious city break.

Couldn't have asked for a better romantic escape. the room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a huge comfortable bed. the complementary champagne and chocolates were an unexpected and lovely surprise. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we found some fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

Our stay was marred by some noisy guests who disturbed our sleep. We could hear them shouting in the hallway and in nearby rooms late at night.

The amenities in my room were also great, from the ironing facilities to the in-room safe and air conditioning. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful turndown service and the free toiletries provided.
