I had a delightful stay at the Courtyard By Marriott Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods. My King Room with Sofa Bed was clean and had this incredibly comfy bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The indoor pool was refreshing, and I especially appreciated the easy access to coffee and pastries each morning. Plus, the location is super convenient for exploring the area!

I wish the Wi-Fi was faster during peak hours.

honestly, I almost gave a good review, but I couldn’t! the carpets were filthy and definitely need a deep clean! ! also, unruly guests shouting at all hours of the night is not what I expect at a hotel. honestly, I was shocked there wasn’t a welcome gift or upgrade for my troubles. incredibly disappointing.

Request a quiet room away from common areas for a peaceful stay. the hotel is conveniently located near groceries and restaurants for quick meals.

This hotel suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. I recommend checking out the restaurant for a quick bite. I’m coming back for a holiday!

The carpets need a deep clean!!! WiFi access shouldn't require joining a rewards program!!! Acceptance of unruly guests needs handling!!! Communication about room type changes should be clearer!!! Clean common areas could truly enhance the experience!!!

the hotel was very clean, and I had a restful sleep. the indoor pool closes too early.

Stayed in the King Room with Sofa Bed. The bed was really comfy and clean, making it easy to hit snooze a few extra times! The room had nice furnishings too. The indoor pool was a perfect break after a long day, and I liked having the Bistro right there for quick meals. Just wish the Wi-Fi didn't require signing up for rewards. Otherwise, it was a good stay!

the room smelled musty (not the best first impression). However, the location is super convenient for finding food (lots of good restaurants nearby! ), and the beds were clean and super comfy, which made up for the issues.

The team was super friendly, really helped me out with a late checkout. I had a lovely king room with a sofa bed that was ridiculously soft. The restaurant had decent options for a quick bite too. Only bummer was the Wi-Fi was kinda slow in the evenings, which was annoying for streaming.

the courtyard offers a spacious lobby for relaxing with friends and is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. the staff was friendly and did their best to manage a busy sports weekend.
