The room was beautifully decorated, with nice furniture, and had everything we needed. The pool and spa area were fantastic, with great facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding countryside. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Despite a minor inconvenience of some noise, overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Herefordshire. the value for money was excellent as the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Additionally, the attention to detail was impeccable - from the well-maintained rooms to the friendly and responsive staff, everything was just right. The hotel's location was also perfect, situated near the center of town but not right in the hustle and bustle. I particularly enjoyed the mezzanine bed in the room, which was perfect for accommodating a child. The comfy bed, good facilities, and two comfy chairs in the room added to the overall comfort of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast, although not perfect, included a variety of options for vegetarians and a choice of hot drinks.

During my stay at Burton Hotel, we experienced some inconveniences due to a car rally happening in the area. However, the staff were incredibly understanding and dealt with a loud and intoxicated individual in the restaurant promptly. They were sympathetic and even moved him away. At check out, I mentioned that the rally teams had disturbed me, and they immediately credited the cost of the meal and reduced my room rate by 50%. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff were faultless. I would definitely stay here again.
