The huge bed in my room was so comfortable and the bathroom was spotless! Although the lack of shower curtain made the floor wet. Appreciated the free tea and biscuits, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Despite some minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Great comfortable stay with all I needed: a kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a bathtub. The hotel is on a quiet street not far from the city center, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced and had all I needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the playhouse and central to the local bus stops. It was also within walking distance of the town and had plenty of bars, restaurants, and a Tesco Express nearby. The room was spacious and had great facilities, including a microwave, fridge, and a great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with the good supply of drinks and snacks in the room on arrival. We also appreciated the lovely basket of goodies that was waiting for us. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were top-notch.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring all the major touristy areas and it was a short walk to the Playhouse theatre, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was super comfy and I got a great night's sleep. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. it was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The lack of soundproofing in the hotel was a downside, as noise from other rooms and the hallway could be heard.

Our stay was marred by the constant noise throughout the night. We barely got any sleep due to the loud banging doors and rowdy guests.
