Modern refurbished rooms, excellent location near Hyde Park, quick breakfast service

No elevators make lugging bags a nightmare!!! Shared bathrooms lead to sleepless nights due to noise disturbances!!! Inconsistent upkeep with poor water pressure and outdated decor!!! A room overhaul is desperately needed for a fresh feel!!!

I loved being just a short walk from Hyde Park, which made my morning jogs special. The staff were incredibly friendly, always there with a smile or helpful tip.

However, I found the rooms quite small and there was no lift, which made carrying my suitcase a workout. The breakfast was quite basic and could definitely use some improvements.

the check-in process was an absolute mess, the staff was vague and totally unhelpful. And don’t even get me started on the 'deluxe single room'—I could barely squeeze through the door! for $250/night, I expected at least some complimentary water, not a broken bed and zero help with my bags. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t!

The bed was tiny and very firm, making it uncomfortable for sleep.

Oh, where do I even begin? I received two twin beds pushed together, hardly romantic for a couple! The breakfast was such a basic affair, not even close to worth the price. Also, after dragging my luggage, I certainly expected some compensation, like a complimentary upgrade or at least a smile from the staff. just couldn’t give a good review.

Spacious room, clean room, with a convenient location just 0.5 km from Queensway and helpful amenities like free WiFi and luggage storage available, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

the location is super good, like super close to bus and tube stops. the staff is really friendly, made a breakfast bag for early mornings, and the beds are comfy. the bathroom was clean, and there’s even nice stuff like an iron and hair dryer in the room. also, felt really safe walking around the area and it's quiet at night. loved being near hyde park for walks!

but be ready for a workout with all the stairs since there's no lift, and the breakfast area can be kinda cramped.

It was just a reliable pick for a short visit in London with good value. The receptionist was quick to help with directions to a nearby restaurant I really enjoyed. Be prepared for the lack of elevator if you're on one of the upper floors!

Just spent two nights here. The updated rooms were nice, though super small. Breakfast bags were a cool touch for our early mornings. The shared bathroom was a bit noisy—could hear slamming doors at night. Overall, decent stay with a good vibe in a prime area.

perfect base for exploring central london's sights and parks

when I stayed, I found the room comfortable and clean, enjoying the amazing proximity to the beautiful Kensington Gardens, which is just a 10-minute stroll away, and the stunning Royal Albert Hall, only 1.5 km away, perfect for weekend strolls to soak in the sights.

This was just an ideal choice for a city break in London with excellent value for money. The shower was a total letdown, very small with low water pressure, so I'd suggest bringing your own toiletries. Just know the shared bathrooms can get noisy, especially at night.
