The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy. the hotel's location was great, right across from the sea and close to local attractions. Plenty of street parking was available nearby. the amount of tea and coffee provided in the room was very generous, ensuring we had a great start to our mornings.

There were some repairs being done to the building, which unfortunately impacted the sea view from our room. the breakfast serving time was only one hour a day and the variety could have been improved.

Great value for money - clean, modern, and comfortable rooms at Carmel House. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was always fresh. The staff surprised me with a bottle of wine and a birthday card, which was a lovely touch.

The location of the hotel is amazing, as it is situated right on the seafront. The sea view from the room is breathtaking, and there are two chairs positioned perfectly to enjoy the scenery. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a good shower and all the necessary amenities. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious breads, cheeses, and cereals.

The only downside was the issue with the TV signal. It kept losing signal and eventually stopped working altogether.

I had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach, and I loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the pier area. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the room service to the housekeeping. They even welcomed me with a lovely drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV was a great addition too, as it was easy to watch and had a good selection of channels. The whole place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. the level of service and comfort provided here was truly outstanding.

The staff were friendly and attentive, promptly resolving any issues that arose. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The self check-in process was seamless, and our room had a beautiful view and a big, comfortable bed. The breakfast had plenty of choices, and overall, it was the best place we've stayed in.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The location right on the seafront was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the promenade. The hotel facilities were great, and the continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The staff, especially Jess, were exceptional, providing excellent service and being incredibly helpful during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house just a short walk from the town center. The rooms were immaculate and everything felt brand new. The continental breakfast had a great variety of options. Though there was some renovation work happening outside, it didn't affect my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a short and sweet stay.

As party people, we loved the great location on the seafront with a lovely sea view from our bedroom. The newly renovated rooms were pleasing and spotless, and the large, comfy bed was perfect for our needs. We also appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the room. The breakfast, although simple, offered a good choice of toast, bagels, brioche, and yoghurts. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the free street parking made it easy for us to accommodate our cars.

Self check-in was a breeze, with a text message providing the door code and room number. the best place we've stayed in Llandudno. We will definitely be returning.

The staff were very attentive and even gave us a birthday card for my special day. The hotel was spotless and we felt safe during our stay with touch-free hand sanitizer available at the door. The hotel smelled great throughout. The rooms were nicely decorated and our room on the top floor had a lovely sea view. The bed sheets were comfortable, and we had two great nights of sleep. On top of that, the hotel provided on-street free parking right outside, and we were able to easily walk into the main town. The location on the sea coast allowed us to hear the calming sounds of the waves at night with the window open.

The view from my room was impressive, certainly the highlight of my vacation. the staff was friendly and hospitable, messaging me in advance to inform me about my room status and catering to my breakfast schedule needs. the location is pretty peaceful too, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy areas.
