I recently stayed at Cassandra Guest House for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely, warm, and comfortable. I appreciated the provided tea and coffee, and the bed was especially comfy. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Pavilions, just a short 5-minute walk away. it was excellent value for money and I will definitely return.

Great Value: the price of the hotel was incredibly reasonable for the quality of service and accommodation provided. Definitely got my money's worth.

Lack of Bath Mat: the only downside was that there was no bath mat in the bathroom. It made getting out of the shower a bit slippery and unsafe.

The location of this hotel is absolutely brilliant, just a short stroll away from the beautiful Hoe and the seafront. You can easily explore the city center on foot, making it very convenient. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you with anything you might need. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the essentials, including a great full breakfast. Plus, the coffee they serve is actually good, which is a rare find in hotels!

The value for money at this guest house was excellent. The room was clean and modern, and the location was perfect for exploring the waterfront and shopping area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards my partner who was on crutches. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights - The only small improvement that could be made is with the breakfast. While everything else was great, the bacon was a bit salty and the sausages lacked flavor.

I stayed at Cassandra Guest House for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised. The room, although small, was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered a great selection, including fruits, yoghurt, cereals, and a perfectly cooked full English. The staff were all very friendly and the WiFi speed was excellent, which was essential for my work. The guest house is currently being refurbished, and the fresh, clean, and well-equipped facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. The owner, Jeff, went above and beyond to help us during our stay, even driving my family to the rental car company. Highly recommended.

Great location, close to Plymouth Hoe and city centre. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. the staff were friendly and attentive, remembering my breakfast preferences without me having to remind them.

The towels provided were on the small side and could have been larger. the chair in the room was loose and in need of replacement.

I loved the decor and furnishings. Comfy bed. Lovely and attentive staff. Perfect location for exploring Plymouth. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of tea and coffee always available. The breakfast was just lovely, with a good selection of options including a delicious full English. This hotel is superbly located, just a stone's throw away from the stunning seafront and within walking distance of the charming Barbican area. Plus, with a Tesco Express and Co-op nearby, it's super convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are clean and decorated to a high standard. The bathroom is particularly nice, with modern fixtures and fittings. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. And let's not forget the breakfast - cooked to order using high-quality ingredients, it was a delicious way to start the day.

All in all, this hotel was a great find - no complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay at Cassandra Guest House. The location was perfect for our early morning coach departure, just a short walk away. The area was quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The owner even offered to provide breakfast items for us despite our early departure. The beds were comfortable, and the variety of pillows was a nice touch. The extra toilet in the hallway was convenient.

We would have preferred a hanger on the inside of the bathroom door for our towels and clothes.

Excellent breakfast, available street parking close by. Gorgeous room and bathroom, loved the red in room and black tiles in bathroom. Super comfortable bed, hot shower. Walking distance to hoe, Barbican, and town. Powerful shower, helpful staff. Key provided for bag collection in pouring rain.

The hot shower had great pressure and the bed was quite comfortable. the breakfast was substantial with a choice of cooked dishes and cereals, and there was even vegetarian options available. the location was very convenient, with attractions and the city center within easy walking distance.

The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms and corridor. the heating was not working properly, and the room was quite cold, especially during the chilly Christmas holidays.
