We had a wonderful romantic escape! the staff at the hotel were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. the room, although small, was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep overlooking the lively streets below. the location was perfect, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for us to explore. Another highlight was the freshly cooked breakfast in the morning, served by a lovely and attentive waitress. a great experience!

One staff member seemed a bit irked when we asked about available tables on the first floor. It would have been helpful to have been given a quick explanation at check-in about when this space is open for use.

The view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful harbor. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Stayed in a hotel during a recent city trip and while there were some positive aspects, there were also some negatives. the view from the room was great, with a beautiful sea view, and the bedding was of high quality. the hotel was also conveniently located, with easy access to key attractions and public transport.

There were a couple of downsides. the shower was quite small, which made it difficult for someone of my height to comfortably use.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff at Chainlocker were incredibly friendly and made us feel really welcome. They even went above and beyond by preparing a packed lunch for us when my partner wasn't feeling well. the hotel is perfectly located right on the quay, with a convenient council car park just outside. the rooms were stylishly refurbished and the atmosphere was lovely. a great experience with fair prices and good facilities.
