The accommodation exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and comfort. We were delighted to find little extras like coffee, tea, fresh milk, and biscuits in the room. the warm and friendly landlady made us feel right at home, and the delicious breakfast that was cooked to our liking was a perfect start to the day. the location was also great, surrounded by beautiful countryside yet still close to nearby towns. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious, freshly cooked, and served with a variety of options. The location was peaceful and relaxing, allowing us to truly unwind and have a great time. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely farmhouse. Marion, the host, warmly welcomed us by name and showed us to our clean, cosy room. It truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the small touches like the jars of tea, coffee, and sugar, as well as the quiet fridge that didn't disrupt our sleep. The location was perfect - nestled in rural and picturesque surroundings, yet still easily accessible to local attractions. We even had the pleasure of hearing a tawny owl in the evening. We've already recommended Church Farm to others and can't wait to return for a longer stay next time to explore the area further.

I had a great stay at the Church Farm in Stratford-upon-Avon. The warm welcome I received from the lovely host made me feel right at home. The room was basic but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge and the option to have breakfast. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Hidcote and Kiftsgate. The tidy and clean surroundings of the previous stable yard, with its pretty touches, added to the charm of this accommodation. The host was attentive and helpful, but also respected my privacy once I was settled.

We enjoyed exploring the farm and the picturesque views of the village. the accommodation was exactly as expected, with clean and comfortable rooms. the little touches like tea, coffee, fresh milk, and biscuits made us feel welcome. the breakfast we booked was excellent, with a variety of freshly cooked options and a selection of fruits, juice, and cereal. We especially appreciated the separate entrance for our dog, and the fridge and microwave in the room. the surrounding village had a lovely arboretum for dog walks, and it was a short drive to Stratford and the charming Cotswolds villages.

What an amazing find this was at Church Farm. The room was lovely and had everything you could think of and more. The hosts, Marian and Steve, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They provided fresh milk, a wonderful breakfast, and even gave us cuttings of plants from their garden. The atmosphere of the place was quiet and peaceful, and the location in the well-tended village was very convenient for exploring Hidcote and Kiftsgate. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.
