Heaps clean and nicely decorated, but the breakfast was pretty average, like only hard-boiled eggs. Staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home! Chur!

Steep stairs were quite the workout.

Had a proper boss time here! The breakfast was dead sound, with a big variety of items, and the staff were really friendly. Only downside was the steep stairs, not ideal with bags. But definitely a unique spot with character!

Noise levels were unbearable, with constant disturbances even during the night!!! The steep stairs lacked a lift, making it a struggle for those with baggage or mobility issues!!! The confusing layout made finding my room a hassle!!!

where do I begin? the check-in process was infuriating, required ID, like I was a criminal! i expected a room upgrade for this hassle but, obviously, that would be too much to ask. received nothing but warmth instead, like in the unventilated bathroom! just couldn’t give them a better review.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, making it less than ideal for a refreshing start to the day.

the staff at belvilla were exceptional, offering warm welcomes and being very attentive. the quirky decor created a lovely ambiance. complimentary snacks and drinks made the communal areas a great place to unwind. the breakfast was an extensive continental spread. 🙂

Beautiful communal spaces and cultural decor throughout.

Although the hotel had its charm, I found the lack of air conditioning during my stay quite uncomfortable. The steep stairs were a hassle when lugging my luggage around, especially when accessing my room. The poor lighting in the bathroom made it nearly impossible to get ready efficiently, presenting a frustrating challenge every morning.

If you enjoy unique décor, this hotel offers a quirky rustic charm with personal touches in each room. The staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast is excellent. It's located in a vibrant area with easy access to local eateries. Just be aware of the noise levels and steep stairs.

The breakfast was great value, only £5 per person, and they had fresh pastries, cereal, and bread. We also enjoyed the unmanned honesty bar, which was a unique touch and made for a fun night.

Consider borrowing a fan from the common area. it helps during hot nights, especially without AC. Also, explore the local dining spots nearby for great meals.

The location is quite convenient, with bus access just outside for easy travel to central London.

This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a lovely snack bar. The staff once helped me return my forgotten hairbrush! I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly atmosphere. I'm coming back for the new year.
